Engaging in any activity that could impair the security or integrity of the Foster platform or its users’ information.

User Content:
3.1 Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on Foster. You retain ownership of your content, but by submitting it on Foster, you grant Foster a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Foster platform.
3.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, post, or transmit any content that: a. Violates any law or regulation; b. Infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights; c. Contains offensive, defamatory, or harmful content; d. Contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code.

Intellectual Property:
4.1 Ownership: Foster and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Foster platform, including all associated intellectual property rights. You agree not to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Foster platform, except as expressly permitted by Foster.
4.2 Trademarks: The Foster name, logo, and any other Foster trademarks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Foster or its affiliates. You may not use Foster’s trademarks without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability:
5.1 Disclaimer: Foster provides the platform “as is” and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Foster does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information on the platform.
